*افغان حکومت نے مزید 100 طالبان قیدیوں کو بگرام جیل سے رہا کردیا*

طالبان کی جانب سے عیدالفطر پر سیز فائر اعلان کے بعد افغان حکومت نے دو ہزار قیدیوں کو رہا کرنے کا اعلان کیا تھا جن میں سے 100 کو چھوڑ دیا گیا ہے۔

افغان نیشنل سیکیورٹی کونسل کے ترجمان جاوید فیصل کی جانب سے جاری بیان میں اس بات کی تصدیق کی گئی ہے کہ حکومت نے بگرام جیل سے 100 طالبان قیدیوں کو رہا کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ اقدام طالبان کی جانب سے عیدالفطر پر جنگ بندی کرنے کے اعلان کے بعد جذبہ خیر سگالی کے تحت اٹھایا گیا ہے۔

افغان طالبان کی لیڈرشپ نے ہفتے کے روز اعلان کیا تھا کہ عیدالفطر کے موقع پر تین روز کی جنگ بندی کی جائے گی۔ اس سلسلے میں تمام جنگجوؤں کو حکم صادر کر دیا گیا ہے۔

خیال رہے کہ افغانستان میں بھی دیگر مسلمان ملکوں کی طرح عیدالفطر منائی جا رہی ہے۔ نماز عید کے بعد اپنے مختصر خطاب میں افغان صدر اشرف غنی نے اعلان کیا تھا کہ وہ طالبان کی جانب سے جنگ بندی کے فیصلے کو سراہتے ہیں۔ اس موقع پر جذبہ خیر سگالی کے تحت حکومت 2 ہزار طالبان قیدیوں کو رہا کرے گی تاکہ امن معاہدے کو پورا کیا جا سکے۔

امریکی وزیر خارجہ مائیک پومپیو اور نمائندہ خصوصی زلمے خیل زاد نے طالبان اور افغان حکومت کی جانب سے کیے گئے ان اعلانات کو خوش آئند قرار دیتے ہوئے امن عمل کی جانب اسے ایک قدم قرار دیا تھا۔
